Detailed Description

Abstract subclass of AbstractWidget for widgets that participate as form controls.

This adds two readonly variables: controlName and controlValue.

When parsing configuration:

• controlName is the first of these attributes found: 'buControlName', 'name', 'id'
• controlValue is the first of these: 'buControlValue', 'value', innerHTML
